• To deliver educational content and course materials you have requested
• To provide customer support
• To send relevant educational content and course updates (with your consent; you may opt out at any time)
• To measure and optimize the performance of our marketing campaigns in aggregate (no individual targeting beyond standard ad platform features)
• To comply with legal obligations under Thailand law

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Under the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA"), we process your data based on:

• Consent: when you submit a lead form or subscribe to communications
• Contract: when you purchase a course or service
• Legitimate interest: for analytics and security
• Legal obligation: for tax, accounting, and regulatory compliance

5. Data Storage and Security

Your personal information is stored in encrypted databases hosted on Supabase (a SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure provider) with servers located in the United States and the European Union. We apply the following safeguards:

• Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3)
• Encryption at rest (AES-256)
• Row-level security policies on database access
• Multi-factor authentication for staff access
• Regular security audits

Retention: We retain lead information for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction, after which records are anonymized or deleted unless required by Thai law to retain longer.

We use the following third-party services that may process limited information about you:
